Ragi Mudde preparation process

Then, sprinkle some more Ragi flour evenly across the slurry and leave it undisturbed on low heat for 3 – 4 minutes, after which it should be mixed thoroughly as a dough. (Please note that the mixture will thicken and get sticky over time). Now, steam-cook the dough for 6 – 7 minutes on low heat and allow it to cool a bit for 10 minutes. Then, take tiny portions of the dough and shape them into balls. And voila, Ragi mudde is ready.
